For Exhibitors
The showcase is now under the exclusive production of Scott
Productions under RomeWeddings.com.
For the 2007 show RomeWeddings.com has partnered with Q102 Radio to offer along with its advertising champagne incredible promotion packages to bridal show participants.
Radio Advertising
The Northwest Georgia Bridal Showcase is a grand chance to meet with
brides and we want every show to be better and bigger than the last show.
RomeWeddings.com has teamed up with Q102
for great promotions and radio spots. Commercials promoting the show will
begin in August 2006 and will continue into the first quarter of 2007.
Target Marketing
Don't get lost in the big city, state, or national online directories.
RomeWeddings.com focuses on promoting wedding professionals and services
in Rome and surrounding communities including Bartow, Chattooga, Gordon,
and Polk counties.
Leads*
After the show, every exhibitor will receive a listing of all the
registered brides. All prospect brides will be pinned with a ribbon for
easy identification during the show.
Bridal Show Directory
Included with your exhibitor's fee is a business listing on the RomeWeddings.com website for one year. This also includes a
link to your website if available.
The Northwest Georgia
Vendor Directory
Another great feature of RomeWeddings.com is the "referred"
services directory. Your listing will also appear in this directory with
an icon identifying you as a bridal show participant.
Exhibitor Booth**
Each 10 X 10 booth will be built with "pipe & drape" and an
8' skirted table with two chairs will be provided. Electricity will be
provided for an additional $25 fee. Wireless internet access is now
available in the Forum.
Show Schedule For
Exhibitors
The Forum will be open
for setup the day of the show from 8:00AM till noon. Booths must be ready
by noon. Booths may not be broken down till 5:00PM - NO EXCEPTIONS!
Door Prizes
Each participant is require to provide a door prize with a value of at
least $75. Prizes must be turned in to the Q102 Studios no later than one
week before the show. Please attach an index card to your prize with your
business name and a description of the prize. No discount coupons
please. Prizes may be dropped off at the following location:

Catering, Cakes &
Beverage
If you offer food services including cakes, beverage and catering, you
must agree to, sign and submit a copy of the Forum's "Catering
Policy" before the showcase. All related fees to this policy will
be waived the day of the show. If you are providing samples, please make
sure you are able to provide enough samples for all those attending.

Networking
Besides the great number of potential clients you will meet at the show,
walk around around before the show begins and introduce yourself and your
service to other exhibitors. Referrals and "word of mouth" will
help your business grow.

* Exhibitors shall exclusively
use the given list of registered brides. Exhibitors will not lend-out,
sell, barter, or allow any unauthorized usage, or permit any reproduction
thereof. Exhibitors who violate this policy and misuse the list will be
banned from participating in future shows and promotions.
**Only one service, exhibitor,
or business per booth. One company will utilize the exhibitor space. No booth sharing.
Exhibitors will not display items from another business nor distribute any
other business' materials at the show, without RomeWeddings.com
permission.
***Discounts and offers cannot
be combined. Only one discount or offer per exhibitor.
