The Northwest Georgia Bridal Showcase is produced by Scott
Productions under the name of RomeWeddings.com. Scott Productions has been
actively involved with this annual show since 1997.

Considerations
Radio Advertising
The Northwest Georgia Bridal Showcase is a grand chance to meet with
brides and we want every show to be better and bigger than the last show.
RomeWeddings.com will be teaming up with local radio stations
for great promotions and radio spots.
Target Marketing
Don't get lost in the big city, state, or national online directories.
RomeWeddings.com focuses on promoting wedding professionals and services
in Rome and surrounding communities including Bartow, Chattooga, Gordon,
and Polk counties.
Leads
All prospect brides will be pinned with a ribbon for easy identification
during the show.
After the show, every exhibitor will receive a listing of all the
registered brides.
Bridal Show Exhibitor
Directory
Included with your exhibitor's fee is a business listing on the RomeWeddings.com website for one year. This also includes a
link to your website if available.
The Northwest Georgia
Vendor Directory
Another great feature of RomeWeddings.com is the "preferred"
services directory. Your "Gold" listing will appear in this directory identifying you as a
current bridal show participant.
Networking
Besides the great number of potential clients you will meet at the show,
walk around before the show begins and introduce yourself and your
service to other exhibitors. Referrals and "word of mouth" will
help your business grow.
What You
Should Know
About The Showcase
Exhibitor Booth
Each 10 X 10 booth will be built with "pipe & drape" and an
8' skirted table with two chairs will be provided. The booth consists of a
10' high back-wall and 3' high side-walls (sizes are approximate).
Table Top Only
Each table top only exhibit space will consist of an 8' skirted table.
Marketing materials and displays are limited to the table top only (no
items on the floor) and must not interfere with neighboring exhibitors.
Each table will be outlined on three sides with a 3' high "pipe &
drape", See
example.
Electricity will be
provided for an additional $25 fee.
Wireless internet access is now
available in the Forum.
Booth Placement & Floor-plan
Exhibitors are placed on the floor-plan based upon when we receive your
payment. We finalize the floor-plan one week prior to the event.
Show Schedule For
Exhibitors
The Forum will be open
for setup the day of the show from 8:00AM till noon. Booths must be ready
by noon. Booths may not be broken down till 5:00PM - NO EXCEPTIONS!
Door Prizes
Each exhibitor is required to provide only one door prize. Prizes must be turned in to the prize table by no later than
noon the day of the show. Please attach an index card to your prize with your
business name and a description of the prize. No discount coupons
please.
Catering, Cakes &
Beverage
If you offer food services including cakes, beverage and catering, you
must agree to, sign and submit a copy of the Forum's "Catering
Policy" before the showcase. All related fees to this policy will
be waived the day of the show. If you are providing samples, please make
sure you are able to provide enough samples for all those attending.
